Our traditional Italian florentine was brought to us by a bakery employee from Germany over 50 years ago. We combine the finest nuts and fruits together into a candied mixture, which is then piped by hand, baked until crisp, and then enrobed in the finest dark chocolate.

This is my first exposure to Florentines and what a treat! These are delicious. Think fruit cake with dark chocolate instead of cake. I love them!
