*The Fiona Ice Cream Bowl is on backorder. The expected delivery time on backorders may be up to 12 weeks. Bowls will be shipped as soon as they become available and in the order in which they were placed.
The Fiona Ice Cream Bowl by Rookwood Pottery
In celebration of Fiona’s third birthday, Graeter’s Ice Cream and Rookwood Pottery have teamed up to create a special ice cream bowl inspired by Fiona’s playfulness and persevering spirit. This handcrafted, ceramic bowl is the perfect way to enjoy a scoop or two of Graeter’s Chunky Chunky Hippo ice cream, lovingly created to honor Fiona and her fans.
This bowl combines the artistry of Loren Long, best-selling illustrator, author, and pint designer of Chunky Chunky Hippo, with Rookwood’s iconic carving technique and glaze colors. A portion of the proceeds from each bowl sold will benefit the Cincinnati Zoo.

When will the Fiona Ice Cream Bowl be available online?
- Online backorders will open on Monday January 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Lead time is estimated to be up to 12 or more weeks, depending on order quantity. Those who submit a backorder will receive updates on the delivery of their purchase from Rookwood.
Is there a quantity limit per transaction?
- During the event on January 25, purchases are limited to 2 bowls per adult, 18 years and older. Online backorders will be limited to 10 bowls per order. For bulk order inquiries please contact us at: [email protected]
Will other items ordered with the Fiona Ice Cream Bowl be shipped first?
- All items ordered in the same transaction with the Fiona Ice Cream Bowl will ship at the same time as the bowl. If you would like to receive the items immediately, please place a separate order.
Can backorders be picked up in store?
- At this time, any backordered Fiona Ice Cream Bowls are only available for UPS ground shipping.
Is there a giveback donation to the Cincinnati Zoo?
- Yes! As with all of our Fiona products, a portion of proceeds are donated to the Cincinnati Zoo Conservation Fund.
Where is the Fiona Ice Cream Bowl made?
- The handcrafted Fiona Ice Cream Bowls are proudly made in Cincinnati, from start to finish, in Rookwood's production facility in Over The Rhine.
What is the return and exchange policy for the Fiona Ice Cream Bowl?
- As per Rookwood return and exchange policy, any items with a giveback percentage, such as the Fiona Ice Cream Bowl, are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return
