COVID-19 Information

Like most of you, we continue to actively monitor the situation involving the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the effect it is having throughout our communities. We ask that you follow the guidelines given in each of our stores so we can continue to safely serve our communities.

Masks

Based on local regulations, some of our stores will require a mask for guests to enter our stores.   Regardless of the local regulations, we highly recommend that masks be worn in all of our locations for the safety of all of our guests and team members. 

Cleaning/Sanitizing

Our stores continue to implement thorough and appropriate cleaning and sanitizing procedures in all our locations.  We will continue to follow the CDC, local, state, and referral regulations as they related to the health and safety of our guests and team members.

Delivery/Curbside Pickup

Our retail stores remain open and provide carryout, delivery, drive-through, and curbside pickup service (where available). We have added local ordering capabilities to graeters.com to make placing your order even easier, eliminating the need to bring a credit card into the store to pay.  The Graeter’s app is also available with store-level information as well as ordering capabilities.

Social Distancing 

All our retail locations are implementing measures to ensure appropriate social distancing while our guests are in our stores getting carryout or pickup service. 

 

In-store:  Our stores are limiting the number of guests in the store at one time and have implemented solutions to ensure proper distancing while guests are standing in line. We ask guests to practice safe social distancing. Please look for guidance in our stores upon entering, as some of our stores are now offering in-store dining. 

 

Outside of store:  We ask that our guests NOT congregate outside of our stores when they leave with their orders, especially near store entrances.

Like most of you, we continue to actively monitor the situation involving the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the effect it is having throughout our communities.  On Sunday, March 15, Mike DeWine, the Governor of Ohio, issued an order that restricts the gathering in local restaurants and bars in the state of Ohio.  While our scoop shops are not all located in Ohio, we are implementing these changes throughout our 55 locations.
 
Effective at 6:00pm EDT, Sunday, March 15, our scoop shops will be OPEN but our dining rooms will be CLOSED.  What this will mean is that our teams will be serving ice cream but guests will be required to take their treats "to go" and will not be able to consume the product seated in our locations.  This restriction is being put in place to aid in the social distancing recommended by public officials.  
 
We are maintaining the ability for our stores to offer carry out, drive through and delivery of our ice cream.  Our guests can also download and use the Graeter's app to order our packaged ice cream to be delivered from their local store.  Our ice cream is also available at local grocery stores and from other local delivery services.
 
We continue to implement increased cleaning and sanitation procedures in our stores and will work with local officials as we move forward.
