January 20, 2019 - Graeter’s Ice Cream, family owned craft ice cream maker since 1870, is excited to announce plans to expand and enhance one of the family’s flagship Cincinnati-area locations. By early Spring, the site of the current Graeter’s Cherry Grove scoop shop at 8533 Beechmont Avenue in Anderson Township will take on a new look with new amenities -- and a renewed sense of excitement.
To renovate the Cincinnati scoop shop, Graeter’s will temporarily close the Beechmont location in the interest of guest safety and a more efficient construction planning process. The scoop shop is anticipated to re-open in early April – just in time to meet guests’ candy and bakery shopping needs for the Easter season.
Later 2019
Later in 2019, a play area, party room and expanded seating will be available.
The scoop shop, located at 8533 Beechmont Ave, will be closed temporarily for construction and renovation. In the interim, guests can visit one of the nearby Graeter’s locations in Loveland, Hyde Park or Taylor Mill, KY during the final phases of construction.
The current scoop shop will temporarily close at 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 20th. Graeter’s nearby scoop shop winter hours of operation are 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. Monday thru Thursday, and 7 A.M. to 11 P.M. Friday and Saturday and 9 A.M. to 10 P.M. on Sundays.
