Laura Wow. I was not expecting this one to be SO GOOD as others I have tried (besides my usual standbys) haven’t been as good as I anticipated. I’m very picky.
Don’t get me wrong…Graeters is my favorite ice cream brand, but I tended to get chocolate chip and blackberry exclusively although I do throw in the mint cookie one every now and then.
This Boldly Bearcat is SO delicious and I will have to place another order just to get more! I hope it is a permanent flavor because it may be my new favorite!.
Off the subject, but I keep begging you guys to make an amaretto ice cream but have yet to see that flavor :/. Maybe this mascarpone has a flavor similar to amaretto as to why I love it ?
If you ever do make a amaretto flavor in the future, please don’t put nuts in it or dark chocolate. I love your chocolate but I think chocolate will overpower the almond flavor. I could be wrong I think a white chocolate might be good or something else that thst your team can come up with.

Boldly Bearcat The idea for this flavor in and of itself is beyond words. But the craftsmanship and thought that was put into creating this is reflected in the flavor. In my opinion it is one of Graeter’s best flavors and being a bearcat alumnus it is that much more special. Everyone should try this fantastic creation and get it while you can. Beyond 5 stars.
