We ordered (#518561) 12 pints of ice-cream to be delivered. Upon opening an undamaged fed ex box as well as an undamaged Styrofoam box, one of the pints was obviously damaged during production as the packaging was ripped and had a gash in it. We have called customer service twice with no resolve other than telling us that they will not ship out a single pint. Totally understand...but 2 issues. Are you going to credit the pint to the card that it was placed on? One person said that they would refer to management. Haven't heard from anyone. Second, given the lack of attention while packing at the production site, is there a risk of some bacteria and/or quality? We've always loved Graeter's, thus ordering 12 pints to have in AZ...but certainly concerns about health and level of service.

I'd never tried salted caramel ice cream and I didn't know what to expect but it definitely wasn't the heavenly flavor in this small pint (am I finished already?). So creamy and rich tasting, sigh! Why does it have to taste so good? How many jumping jacks does a girl have to do? Anticipating my next batch!

I'm an ice cream snob. In fact, I often make my own ice cream if I'm looking for a particular flavor profile. But nothing - NOTHING - compares to this salted caramel. When this is in my house, it is all I can do to not eat the entire pint. Every bite elicits an almost involuntary yummy sound. I even formulated an evil plan - I could tell everyone about this to make it LESS available so that I wouldn't eat so much of it. YES - this is ice cream that is worthy of an evil plan. This, my ice cream loving friend, the best ice cream I have ever tried.
