D.M. Graeter's ice cream is very good. Only quibble that I have is that the dry ice handling needs to also be plastered on the outside of the container. The sheet listing the handling of dry ice was buried under other papers. I am not familiar with handling dry ice and I almost dumped all the dry ice down the drain.

Vanessa Was hesitant about this flavor because in most food items bourbon flavor is way too strong (and I love Bourbon). This ice cream is excellent. The bourbon is very subtle and the flavors of bourbon, black cherry and pecans complement each other wonderfully. Well done Graeters. I hope this limited flavor returns every year. It’s a new favorite for me.

Gluten Free Customer Why is this marked GF? Malted Barley is gluten. Wheat, Barley and Rye ALL contain gluten, therefore this will make many people with celiac disease sick if they trust the GF marker on the website. Please make the appropriate changes to your website (and packaging, if applicable).

Christine The ice cream would have been much better if you had used regular, unsweetened pecans. The ice cream is sweet enough as it is, and the added sugar on the pecans distracts from the flavor of the ice cream.
