Ice Cream Shipping and Delivery
No matter where you are in the continental United States, you can enjoy all of Graeter's rich, delicious flavors by having the best ice cream shipped right to your door. We deliver ice cream that's perfectly frozen, guaranteed, so you can savor that creamy texture without having to set foot outside your home.
When you ship ice cream with Graeter's, you can customize your guaranteed-frozen order to suit your tastes, with 32 flavors to choose from.
Order a customizable package so you can sample a variety of craveable flavors. Our Classic and Signature Chip Gift Selections feature six of some of our most popular pints. If you want ice cream delivered for a crowd, our Party Packs are a huge hit and come with everything you need for an impromptu sundae party, including serving supplies.
It isn't just Graeter's famous ice cream that delivers; pair some of our tasty dessert sauce toppings with your favorite flavors.
Guaranteed Frozen
We guarantee that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If for any reason your ice cream does not arrive frozen, we will gladly reship your order or issue you a full refund.
Please notify recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item – no one likes to be "surprised" by a box of melted ice cream on their front porch! Confirm that the recipient will be home or at their office and that the delivery address is correct, as UPS will not forward packages.
We will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date, but weather and delivery problems beyond our control may cause delays. If we are unable to meet your preferred delivery date, we will ship your ice cream for delivery on the next business day. Graeter's guarantees that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If your ice cream arrives melted, we will reship your ice cream for the next regular business day delivery or issue you a 100% refund. While we guarantee a safe delivery, and we will do our best to meet your requested delivery date, we DO NOT and CAN NOT guarantee the date and time of delivery. If you are ordering for a particular event, please order with delivery 2-3 days before the event.
We can not deliver to Canada or U.S. territories. We deliver on Tuesday through Saturday (not including UPS holidays or the day following a UPS holiday). We can not ship to PO Boxes.

Cancellations and Order Changes
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once a package has been shipped, the address can not be altered. There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once it has shipped.
Graeter's Ice Cream & Candies
Our online store will provide all delivery options with exact pricing for the zip code you want your package(s) to be mailed during checkout. Please note that ice cream ships separately from all other items.
We will ship 12 pints for the same delivery fee that we charge to ship 6 pints. We ship in quantities of 6 or 12 pints. Save on a 12-Pack ice cream pint order, with an everyday price decrease to $129.95. Orders for 12 pints cannot be broken up into smaller shipments to multiple addresses or delivery days.
