Fill out and submit the request below. A catering coordinator will follow-up with you within 48 hours to discuss availability, options, and pricing. We typically ask for a two week leadtime, but depending on availability and size of request, we can sometimes schedule with less notice.

Ice Cream catering is available in all areas where we have retail stores, though some may have reduced catering options. Fill out the request form below and a coordinator will work with you to determine the best solution.

Minimum order for delivery is typically 50 sundaes. Smaller orders can be picked up from one of our retail locations. Delivery minimum may vary slightly by location.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

We'll deliver and set up the sundae bar so you’re ready to serve in 20 minutes or less. Ice cream can also be delivered minus the toppings for a reduced price. Basic Service includes:

• Choice of 3 ice cream flavors, delivered already scooped
• Plenty of the following toppings - Chocolate, butterscotch, strawberry, whipped cream, pecans, and cherries
• Cups, spoons, serving utensils, and napkins for easy clean up
• Local delivery

Catering our bakery and coffee is possible in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area. A minimum order is required. If you are interested in this for your event please mention this in the comments while filling out the form below.
