Regina Graeter's sorbets started out simple, with a blend of fruit juice, sugar, and water, but then she insisted on a painstaking process to turn her simple recipe into something sublime. We still freeze all of our sorbets in small 21/2 batches, just like Regina did over 100 years ago.

THE BEST SORBET FOR THE AGES

Aside from receiving a big thank you, and feedback that would certainly make Graeters extremely proud, our birthday recipient's game plan is to devour his half a dozen pints featuring 3 mouthwatering sorbet flavors until there is no more. Our Birthday boy will be 94 this coming week and he is as lucid as one can be, looks 30 years younger than his actual age, and has garnered an Academy Award for an iconic role he starred in. No names, no hints you'll need to google it and figure that part out. His review to us, (we produce on Broadway) would be what's called a money review. A Happy Birthday and thank you Graeters for a superb product.
