CUE THE FIREWORKS! GRAETER’S ICE CREAM CELEBRATES AMERICA’S 250th BIRTHDAY WITH LATEST SUMMER BONUS FLAVOR: CHERRY SPARKLER
WHAT:
Graeter’s Ice Cream, America’s oldest family-owned and operated craft ice cream maker, is releasing its latest Summer Bonus Flavor that celebrates America’s 250th birthday: Cherry Sparkler.
Available now for a limited time only, Cherry Sparkler features wild cherry flavored ice cream bursting with red and blue popping candy folded into every star-spangled scoop. Like all Graeter’s ice cream, this patriotic pint is handcrafted just 2.5 gallons at a time using Graeter’s famous French Pot® process.
Additionally, Graeter’s is offering a Stars & Scoops Sundae, featuring Cherry Sparkler ice cream atop a shortcake with strawberry topping, finished with whipped cream, festive red, white & blue sprinkles, and a cherry — available only in Graeter’s scoop shops for a limited time.
Ice cream lovers can also celebrate America’s 250th birthday with the Red, White & Greatest Bundle, an online exclusive pint pack featuring Cherry Sparkler and other favorites including Birthday Bash, Madagascar Vanilla, Cookies and Cream, and Graeter’s signature Black Raspberry Chip.
Cherry Sparkler is the fourth flavor release from the Summer Bonus Collection — following Marrakesh Coffee, Ghost Notes, and Peanut Butter & Clouds. This year’s Bonus Flavors are crafted to capture the joy of summer in every bite, inspired by carefree adventures, cherished traditions, and the moments that make the season unforgettable.

Since 1870, five generations of the Graeter family have remained committed to handcrafting only the most indulgent ice cream available. From humble beginnings serving ice cream from a cart in Cincinnati to the nationwide presence of Graeter’s Ice Cream today, the family has stayed true to the traditional “French Pot” method and is the only company in the world that still makes ice cream at scale this way. Graeter’s has 60 retail stores and ships more than 300,000 pints annually. The brand can also be found in more than 2,000 grocery stores across the United States.
