We ship our ice cream via UPS. We guarantee that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If for any reason your ice cream does not arrive frozen we will gladly reship your ice cream or issue you a full refund.

Please notify recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item - no one likes to be "surprised" by a box of melted ice cream on their front porch!

Please confirm that the recipient will be home or their office open and that the delivery address is correct, as UPS will not forward packages.

Ice cream orders are shipped via UPS for afternoon delivery on Tuesday through Friday (not including UPS holidays or the day following a UPS holiday).

Orders to most delivery addresses within 200 miles of Cincinnati can be shipped UPS Ground for $60 for 6 pints and $90 for 12 pints. Orders outside of this area must be shipped UPS Air for $80 for 6 pints and $120 for 12 pints. Orders can also be shipped for guaranteed delivery before noon for an additional $20. A Saturday delivery option is available for a limited delivery area for $100 for 6 pints and $140 for 12 pints. Click here to estimate the price for your area. Orders for 12 pints cannot be broken up into smaller shipments to multiple addresses or delivery days.

We will make every effort to meet your requested date, but weather and delivery problems beyond our control may cause delays. If we are unable to meet your preferred delivery date, we will ship your ice cream for delivery on the next business day. Graeter's guarantees that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If your ice cream arrives melted, we will reship your ice cream for the next regular business day delivery or issue you a 100% refund. Graeter's does guarantee date and time of delivery.
