We will make every effort to meet your requested date, but weather and delivery problems beyond our control may cause delays. If we are unable to meet your preferred delivery date, we will ship your ice cream for delivery on the next business day. If you must have your Graeter's by a specific date, we urge you to schedule delivery several days in advance so that should the unthinkable happen, we can expedite a replacement shipment in time!

Please note that Graeter's guarantees that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If your ice cream arrives melted, we will reship your ice cream for the next regular business day delivery or issue you a 100% refund. Graeter's cannot guarantee the date and time of delivery. UPS delivers to most business addresses by 3pm, and to most home addresses by 7pm.
