Online certificates will be delivered by email within 24 hours (usually less than 8) of ordering. The email will include an activation link which will then give a redemption code. If you do not have the recipient's email, simply use your own email and then pass on the certificate code to the recipient. If a redemption order costs less than the certificate value, the certificate will retain the balance and can be used on future orders.
